Hey There
Meet Soulamica— a friend on your inner journey. Here, you'll find a safe, non-judgemental space where your voice is heard and where you can explore, heal and grow at your own pace.
I have been working in the mental health field for over six years, with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and additional training through certifications and diplomas.
I provide holistic wellness, which brings together different perspectives, ranging from assimilative integration to nutritional psychiatry. I draw on eclectic and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and elements of DBT, but I keep things flexible and responsive to your needs.
Humor often finds its way into my work too as I see it as a powerful tool to build trust, lighten the heaviness, and create an authentic connection.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that resilience can be nurtured. I aim to support you in discovering your own strengths.
Clients often share that they feel at ease opening up with me.
Outside the therapy space, my diverse interests enriches my personal as well as professional presence.
I carry a deep respect for every story, and a genuine belief in the healing potential of heartfelt human connection.
All About Me
This journey began with a simple spirit—to tell stories and to listen to them. What drew me into the field was not only my curiosity but also the clear gap in support that I witnessed in India. Having lived experiences of personally navigated mental health challenges and seeing them unfold around me, I felt the weight of lack of professionals available to truly help. That experience planted the seed for my path.
Working with schools came naturally, as I wanted young people to move through life with support, rather than struggle in silence. Over time, this work grew beyond classrooms. I found myself collaborating with corporates and mental health organisations, expanding the circle of care and awareness.
What keeps me grounded and relevant in this work is my ongoing commitment to growth—both personally and professionally. Regular supervision, my own experience with therapy, and continuous upskilling allow me to refine my practice, stay aligned with the evolving needs of the field, and hold space for others with authenticity.
Each step has been guided by the belief that therapy should not be a privilege but a resource accessible to anyone who needs it. With the encouragement and support of people along the way, my efforts have continued to grow—always with the same vision at heart: making mental health care approachable, compassionate, and within reach.
