Refund Policy

At Soulamica, we value your trust and are committed to providing a positive experience. Since our services involve time-based sessions, workshops, and digital offerings, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry practices.

1. Healing Sessions & Consultations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, the session fee will be non-refundable.

• In the event that Soulamica cancels a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Workshops & Events

• Fees for workshops/events are non-refundable once booked.

• If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer of your seat to another participant (with prior written notice at least 48 hours before the event).

• If Soulamica cancels or reschedules an event, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future event.

3. Digital Content & Online Programs

• Purchases of digital products (e-books, recordings, guided meditations, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.

• If you face technical issues in accessing content, please contact us at hellosoulamica@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

• Duplicate payments made in error

• Genuine technical/payment failures
